Since May 2007 , MHY PRO-POWER SERVICES SDN BHD were established as a 100% BUMIPUTERA company status from Ministry Of Finance (MOF) and were involved in various types of projects including High Voltage preventive maintenance , testing and commissioning , consulting ,upgrading electrical wiring works with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR)  , DC system rehabilation projects with Tenaga Nasional Berhad ,Research and a consultancy courses regarding an advance testing for High Voltage Circuit Breaker for INSTEP,RAPIDKL and ILSAS.

YEAR 2010

  • MHYPPS were awarded a contract of  “Development for AO chargeman Training material for an Ancillary subject ” and MHYPPS also were recognized  as a qualified  “LEARNING VENDOR” by PETRONAS starting from March 2010.

  • “Best Team Of Expert” -  MHYPPS have been assigned as an Expert Collaborator Team for carry out Electro-mechanical testing , Research ,Investigation & Mitigation  regarding the possible root causes in terms of Sluggishness related to Medium Voltage Switchgear (MV) rated 11KV and 33KV on selected model under full supervision by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (Research) and co-operation with University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN).

  • MHYPPS together with KAMARA JAYA SDN BHD were successfully carry out testing and preventive maintenance on High Voltage 11KV & Medium Voltage 6.6KV switchgear and panels at 2 unit substations in Samsung Corning Malaysia,Senawang .The jobs were carry out during their annual shutdown on 30th December 2009.There were 2 substation involved during this annual shutdown; Main Substation and Istana Substation.

  • Install ,testing and commissioning 110Vdc battery and battery charger for PPU Kementah , Pudu , City Hall dan Pernas , Kuala Lumpur.
  • Install ,testing and commissioning 110Vdc battery and battery charger for PPU Gerik and Banding ,Perak.
  • Install ,testing and commissioning 110Vdc battery and battery charger for PMU SGL Carbon , Selangor.
  • Install ,testing and commissioning 110Vdc battery and battery charger for PMU Kerinci dan PMU  Jelatek ,Kuala Lumpur.
  • Install ,testing and commissioning 110Vdc battery and battery charger for PPU Kuala Pilah dan PMU Rantau , Negeri Sembilan.
  • Install ,testing and commissioning 110Vdc battery and battery charger for PPU Beris Kubor Besar dan PMU Panchor , Kelantan.
  • Laying , termination and testing 4 core XLPE cable for 110Vdc battery charger at PPU Sri Gombak and PPU Mindef ,Kuala Lumpur.
  • Install ,testing and commissioning 110Vdc battery and battery charger for PPU Malayan Flour Mills ,Lumut Perak.

  • Upgrading all electrical system and re-wiring works for block D at Sekolah Menengah Science Selangor, Cheras
  • Upgrading all electrical system and re-wiring works for Teacher Activity Centre (PKG) at Sekolah Rendah Pelabuhan Klang , Selangor.

  • Troubleshooting 3 phase incoming supply during main power supply tripping and flashover event.
  • Upgrading 3 phase electrical system for usage of AGRO bank located at the Ground Floor MYAC building
  • Analyse , propose , upgrading , testing and commissioning 3 phase electrical system for usage of level 5 at MYAC building which is having nuisance tripping behaviour at the Main  Switch board .

  • Carry out testing and commissioning for 33KV and 6.6 KV AREVA High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear and transformer protection system for Qcell main building at Selangor Science Park 2 located at Cyberjaya. The job was a joint ventured with Bumi Cergas Sdn Bhd and overall supervision by M+W Zander and project management by  Areva T&D (M) Bhd. The job have successfully completed on March 2009 .

  • MHY Pro-Power Services Sdn Bhd were recognized as one of the Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to conduct an advanced training regarding KELVATEK circuit breaker profiler and Digital circuit breaker analyser testing method for ILSAS instructors and TNB engineer’s.We are also offered our technical courses for INSTEP instructors by using KELMAN Circuit Breaker profiler regarding the overall technical issues and problems prediction by using graphical method analysis from result obtained from KELMAN CB profiler. All technical courses were carry out on 11KV and 33KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker in Live condition.
