Power Transformers (33,000V and below)

Carry out testing and overhauling for distribution power transformers including:

  • Transformer Turn Ratio test with vector group verifications test.
  • Transformer Winding resistance test
  • Overhauling & servicing for on load tap changer ( OLTC ) for MR OLTC V-Type
  • Testing all types of winding resistance and OLTC by using Dynamic Resistance Test up to 500KV Transformer
  • Insulation resistance test
  • Transformer Oil Filtration & changing transformers oil complete with oil breakdown test.
  • On site testing for Dissolve Gas Analysis by using latest technology equipment.
  • Replacing / Changing Transformers oil gasket and Transformer bushings.
  • Other necessary and related servicing required for power transformer.

Vacuum Circuit Breaker (33,000 V and below)

Carry out testing, maintenance and repairs for all types of vacuum circuit breakers including TAMCO, ABB, EPE SWITCHGEAR, S&S,AREVA  and etc as follows:

  • Normal Timing Test
  • Contact Resistance test
  • 3 Phase ONLINE & OFFLINE Circuit breaker Profiler
  • Vacuum Interrupter test
  • Mechanism adjustment

Infrared Thermal Imaging Scanner for Electrical System & Building

As it is possible to check current-carrying systems, electric control cabinets or electromotors without actually having to touch them, the thermal camera has become an indispensable tool to detect a variety of abnormalities or deviations which are, as rule, otherwise invisible to the naked eye.Thermal diagnosis with the help of infrared cameras allows for corrective measures to be taken before system failures occur in whole areas.This means that dangerous fires, for example, which could in turn lead to costly production breakdowns, can be avoided.

Protection Relay Calibration Certification

Carry out calibration services for all types of protection relays including over current, earth fault relay, motor protection and other related services complete with endorsement of service engineer.

Power & Standby Generator services

Carry out normal & major servicing including engine overhauls for all types of standby generators including change oil lubricants, oil & air filter and overall system checked.

Preventive Maintenance on HV and LV Substations 33,000 V and below

  • Supply skills manpower for preventive maintenance jobs
  • Routine checked on overall HV system including switchgear, transformer and busbar condition.
  • Providing competent person to supervise and assists during the preventive maintenance jobs.
  • General Cleaning & Lubricating for related services required.

In House Training & Advanced Testing Courses

We are offering our knowledge and expertise in transformers and switchgear testing for all personal and corporate leaders to gain an extra and depth knowledge about related testing and preventive maintenance required for their electrical system. Our expertization and capabilities in conducting these courses were recognized under Subject Matter Expertise Programmed (SME) by TNB Integrated Learning Solution-ILSAS in providing advanced courses for TNB Apprentice Engineers and Young Executive level about Advance Circuit Breaker Profiler Test and Circuit Breaker Analyser especially for Vacuum Circuit Breaker rated 33,000 V and below.
